Group Classes at BeneFIT Studio are $15 Drop In and $100 for a 10 time pass.

 ASSISTED STRETCH SESSIONS

Not making the time to stretch your muscles? Or maybe you are making the time but stretching on your own isn't cutting it. Are you still feeling sore and achy after your runs or workout routine? Let our Certified Trainers help you with a technique known as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). This combination of passive stretching and isometric contractions will help you in many ways. Feel the benefits of stretching as you increase your range of motion and flexibility, improve performance, and prevent many overuse injuries.
